When a client came to us in 2019 asking if we could provide not only a pick to pallet service, but could we also provide an e-commerce service, the answer was of course… YES!
We run a world class warehouse management system so were able to identify e-commerce orders and direct our warehouse colleagues to process them in a different manner. In fact we are proud to say that we were the first 3PL (and still only 3PL) that can handle both store orders and e-commerce orders from the same facility on behalf of a very well know retail brand.
